If you have purchased a firearm you must be sure to contact your local dealer and get an FFL. We have to ship your gun to a FFL dealer only. We cannot ship the firearm directly to you. You may have your dealer contact us for the transfer.
If you are unhappy with an item please Contact Us. Include your Order #, Name, Phone # and an explanation for the problem. A Customer Service Specialist will contact you within 1-2 business days.
Damaged:
Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order comes damaged. Claims
must be made within 10 days of receipt of package. All packaging should be keep
in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package.
Late Delivery:
If your order arrives late due to a shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
delay you will be credited for shipping charges. This does NOT apply to delays
due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.
Wrong Addresses:
Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Additional
fees apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.
